Sign in and setup

Consultants use the authenticated workspace after secure checkout is completed and account access is provisioned. Exact selectable State Plans appear there only while current official-page watch evidence passes. Client portal access is not included in the watch trial and becomes available only with separately activated reviewed-edition delivery. Secure consultant sign-in links are delivered to the verified account email.

What “coverage” means

The public coverage page is a directory of configured official-source routes, not a claim of anonymous live availability. After account activation, signed-in customers see exact selectable State Plans only while current watch evidence passes, together with watch status, latest check timestamps, and direct official-source links. A stale, failing, or missing watch is unavailable.

Watch status and source evidence

The controlled trial shows current official-page watch status, the latest successful check timestamp, and a direct source link in the authenticated workspace. Reviewed editions, report delivery, and delivery history become available only if source coverage and named review are separately activated later.

Corrections and later editions

Possible-change signals in the controlled trial remain watch evidence; they are not published corrections or errata. The public corrections log, authenticated correction history, recipient notices, and any white-label correction responsibilities apply only to reviewed editions if those features are separately activated later.

Cancellation and legal information

Public enrollment continues through secure Stripe Checkout. Customers provide a card and pay $0 at enrollment. Stripe creates the controlling trial-end timestamp when checkout completes; customers can review it and the next charge in Billing settings. Cancel before that timestamp to avoid the first monthly charge for the selected plan ($99 Briefing, $199 Workspace), plus applicable tax; otherwise the subscription continues at the plan price until canceled. Incident escalation

For an access, watch-status, security, or data-integrity issue, email info@rulecue.com with the account or workspace, approximate time, page or feature, and what you observed. Never email passwords, sign-in links, API keys, webhook secrets, payment-card data, or confidential client documents.
